Animal Care League of Oak Park, IL
The Animal Care League is a limited admission shelter located Oak Park. They help homeless cats and dogs by providing them food, shelter, medical attention and love until a loving new home can be found. As a not for profit 501©3 organization, they depend on the generosity of the communities to help us meet their goals of finding new homes for as many animals as possible each year. If you haven’t been to the ACL’s 2nd Chance Shop lately or ever, you don’t know what you are missing! They have vintage clothing, jewelry, home decor items, dinnerware and much more at very reasonable prices. All the money received goes to the shelter to help save and adopt out more pets.
In addition, they carry Dr Elsey’s Precious Cat Clumping Litter, Dr Elsey’s Cat Attract Clumping Litter for the inconsistent litter box user, and pet & environmentally friendly Feline Pine Clumping Litter, all at prices lower than the big pet stores.
They also have ACL cats onsite that are just waiting for adoption. Stop by so you can meet & maybe bring one of the wonderful felines home!
The NEW Shop is located at 808 Harrison St in Oak Park, IL. (next to Westgate Flowers at Oak Park Ave & Harrison.)
